Amongst the Gum Tree's
Conceptualization that captures the essence of this rural stunning Margaret River site. With the rare Giant Spider-Orchid's (Caladenia excelsa) observed on site, mature Corymbia calophylla's and Eucalyptus marginata's the exterior landscaping had to be subtle to allow the endemic bushland to be the true hero and ground the stunning architecture.
Taking architectural cues from the beautiful home designed by Reside Studios the central courtyard focuses on materiality, internal views and functionality of the space all year round, whilst still complying with the current BAL rating of the property. We are looking forward to seeing this project come to life!
